Covid-19 Coronavirus and Online Orders Announcements
Warmoth has completed its phased Safe Start Program. Our entire staff is now back to work and operating at 100% capacity. We are observing all possible precautions, including face masks, social distancing, and daily disinfecting routines.
The volume of new orders we received during the shutdown period was unprecedented, and has left us with a large backlog of work. We are now working our way through it and making good progress.
If you are currently waiting for an order we thank you for your patience. It will be ready as soon as possible.
If you are considering placing a new order at this time, please note the following:
- All production times will be delayed several weeks beyond the normal times stated on our website.
- Change requests will significantly delay your order. Please make sure your order is correct before you submit it.
- If you do have a change request, cancellation, or question please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Custom orders will be built in the order they were received. In-Stock showcase order times will vary based on the options that were selected.
