Order Changes & Cancellations


If you need to make a change to your order, contact us as soon as possible by calling (253-845-0403) or replying to your order confirmation email and describing the requested change in detail.

Hardware, Pickups, Pickguards - We will gladly process deletions, additions, and changes to these items on open orders that have not shipped.

Necks & Bodies - Orders for Necks and Bodies begin production immediately upon order and are built to your custom specifications. Changes to Necks and Bodies are subject to the following conditions:

  • If the requested change can be achieved at the current stage of production on your Neck or Body, a $25.00 charge will apply.
  • If the requested change requires us to restart production with a new Neck or Body, a 25% Restock charge will apply on the purchase price of the item.


If you need to cancel all or part of your order, contact us by calling (253-845-0403) or replying to your order confirmation email with your cancellation request.

Hardware, Pickups, Pickguards – No cancellation charge will apply.

Necks & Bodies – Subject to a 25% Restock charge on the purchase price of the item.

Refunds will be issued by the original method of payment. Credit Card refunds must be made to the exact credit card(s) used in the original sale.
