Body: One piece Swamp Ash-18 coat Clear Gloss Polyurethane finish.
Neck: Warmoth Maple w/ maple fretboard Tele Bass Neck w/ 4 coats Polyurethane, 12 coats on Headstock.
Neck Plate: Chrome 4 bolt plate w/ custom etched design and additional hole for "Micro Tilt".
Pickups: Dimarzio "Will Power" neck pickup and Dimarzio "UtraJazz" Middle and Bridge pickup.
Controls:3-500k ohm concentric pots,for separate Volume and Tone control for each pickup.
Tone Control Capacitors: 3-Spauge (Orange Drop).047mfd.
Treble Bleed Capacitors: 3-Spauge (Orange Drop) .001mfd and 3-220k ohm Resistor.
Control and Bridge pickup covers: Hand cut and polished Aluminum plate.
Machine Head: Grover.
Switches: 3-On-Off Micro switches.
This was my first guitar build, it took approximately 6 months to complete. This Bass Guitar is a Tribute to Tom Bogert of the group Vanilla Fudge, it was model after the Bass Guitar Tim Bogert used on the Ed Sullivan Show on Jan. 14, 1968 when asked about the the Bass Tim said and I quote "Hi Jim, yes I made the bass out of a Tele guitar body and a bass neck, they matched up easily. Sincerely Tim"
