Yes, we make all our pickguards right here, in house. This allows us to make it just
the way you want it. We can cut for your choice of pickups, pots and switch holes!
All .060 thickness pickguards feature square edges. All other thicknesses feature a beveled edge.

About The Materials We Use...
Celluloid	Made in Italy, this is the GENUINE stuff. NOTE: Very flammable. Celluloid is a solvent based plastic and it tends to shrink over the years. Many vintage guitars are plagued with this phenomenon.
Vinyl	This is a more modern plastic and does not shrink. It is not particularly "flammable".
PVC	Only our Mint color is made from PVC. This is also a vinyl.
