If we experience delays in production significantly beyond these estimates we will contact you with updates. Please supply us a valid email address and daytime phone number.
Warmoth Hours of operation: Monday through Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM, Pacific Time, USA. Closed on weekends and major holidays. Online orders placed late Friday afternoon through Sunday night begin production Monday.

RETURNS
If you need to return items, you must contact us to arrange a Return Authorization. Improperly packaged, damaged, worn or altered items cannot be returned. Please see the Returns web page for complete terms. By checking below you agree to the terms of that page.
10 DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you are not completely satisfied with your Warmoth purchase you may return it for a refund for a period of 10 days, except for books and shipping charges. When you receive your Warmoth order please inspect it and verify its acceptibility and compatibility before doing any modifications. Modifications void the 10 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. WARRANTY
Warmoth Guitar Products, Inc. warrants its necks and bodies to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Please see the Warranty web page for complete terms and limitations. By checking below you agree to the terms of that page.
ADDITIONS
We will gladly help you with additions to your existing Warmoth order at a $25 minimum.
CHANGES
If you must change a body or neck in an existing Warmoth order you will need to pay a $45 Change Order Fee (minimum), other fees may apply. Please see the Ordering Changes and Cancellations page for our full policy. Go to Change Policy page
COMBINING MULTIPLE ORDERS
Orders are processed as they are received and cannot be held and combined with other orders. If you need to make additions to an existing order, please see our additions policy.
CANCELLATIONS

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
If you ship your Warmoth order outside the USA you will probably have to pay import duties and taxes. You must be available to receive your shipment and prepared to pay these fees. We need a valid daytime phone number in your customer account.
TAXES
At this time, the only taxes Warmoth must collect are the Washington State Sales Tax when we ship to an address in Washington State.
