How long does it take to make?
We have hundreds of bodies and necks in stock and ready to ship. If we don’t have the piece you want in stock, we will have to make it. In that case, the following lead times will apply:

Necks = approximately 4 - 6 weeks
Bodies = approximately 4 - 6 weeks
Pickguards = approximately 2 days
Paint = additional 4 - 6 weeks

How is payment made?
1. All payments must be made in U.S. currency only.
2. All orders must be prepaid before shipping (NO C.O.D.).
3. We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Your bank will handle the currency exchange, billing you in your currency and paying us in US dollars.
4. We accept payment by international money order or bank draft drawn in US dollars only.
5. We DO NOT accept payments through PayPal.
6. We accept payment by direct wire transfer. Please contact us for wire transfer information.

Can I send my credit card by email?
Sending your credit card by email can be risky as our site is not yet secure. Many of our customers choose to split their credit card number into two emails which has worked well. If you do not feel comfortable sending your credit card number by email then you can fax it to us at (253) 848-2415.
What taxes must I pay?
There are no USA taxes to pay, but you should be aware that when the goods arrive in your country, you will most likely be charged a percentage of the invoice total for taxes/duty fees. Most countries will charge you taxes/duty fees on product being imported. Please note that not only the value(s) of the commodity/commodities have to be considered when calculating duty and tax, but also the freight charge and other fees. These charges are imposed by your own country/government, not by us! You will be responsible for paying these charges. For more information, please contact your country’s Customs office.
Will you declare a lesser than actual value on the invoice?
No, we will not falsify any documents to declare a lesser than actual value of the goods we export.
Will you combine multiple orders into one large shipment?
Unfortunately, no. In order to maintain smooth operations, orders are processed in the order they are received and not held for batch processing.
Will you ship to a P.O. Box?
Warmoth does not ship to P.O. Box addresses internationally. All packages require a consignee's contact name and complete street address including apartment, suite or unit number if applicable. The consignee's telephone number should be provided if known. This is necessary to facilitate customs clearance as necessary.
How do you ship?
1. UPS Express Air: We normally ship via UPS Express to our international customers. All shipments are insured. This is our recommended method of transport because it is fast and reliable. The transit time is 1-2 days not including any possible delays in Customs. Shipping rates will vary depending on your postal code. If you live in outlying or rural areas, you may be subject an extended area surcharge. UPS offers a tracking service that allows you to monitor the transport of your shipment. If you have an email address, we can have UPS send you the tracking number(s) for your shipment as soon as it leaves our door.

2. US Parcel Post Air: Tracking service is not available by Parcel Post. Transit time is normally 2-3 weeks but can take longer. Although insurance is available, compensation for lost or damaged goods is very difficult to acquire. Parcel Post Air prices are fairly comparable to UPS. Some customers prefer this method of shipping due to the ease of Customs clearance.
