At Warmoth Guitar Products, Inc. we have a dedicated professional staff committed to making your guitar needs a reality. Please be equally organized and committed to the order you place. We know additions, changes and cancellations are sometimes necessary, and to help you with those as best we can here are our policies:
- Additions - We will gladly help you with additions to your existing Warmoth order at a $25 minimum.
- Changes - When changing a neck or body in an existing Warmoth order a $45 Change Order Fee will apply. If a custom body or neck must be remade you will be responsible for its non-refundable custom work*, and the $45 Change Order Fee, and/or a 25% Restock Fee as determined by the Warmoth Sales Manager.
- Cancellations – If you need to cancel your custom Warmoth body or neck you will be responsible for its non-refundable custom work* and/or a 25% Restock Fee as determined by the Warmoth Sales Manager.
