CNC Programmer

We're looking for a full time CNC programmer for developing leading edge guitar parts. Applicant must have a passion for and knowledge of guitar parts and have a fluency in Mastercam 9.1 or above. Responsibilities are to develop guitar parts from concept exploration to production phase, design and build appropriate fixtures, run prototypes, and document programs and processes for the production phase.

Knowledge of parametric programming techniques is extremely helpful.

This is a very rewarding career opportunity in a clean and pleasant work environment.

Neck crew

We have a need for another person on the neck crew to augment our master neck magicians in their craft. Candidates for this job would need prior experience with this general type of work and must be a guitar player that understands the intricacies and quality demanded. Salary DOQ.

Duties would include:

  • Installing face and side position markers
  • Detail sanding necks
  • Gluing fingerboards to necks
  • Dip sealing of the necks
  • Measuring, marking, branding and overall neck QC

The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Fret Crew

Fret crew is in need of able assistance in this precision work. The right person would preferably be a graduate of Roberto-Venn or similar with a strong desire to do extraordinary fret work. Salary DOQ.

Duties include:

  • Fretting
  • Neck binding
  • Installation of custom inlay
  • Cutting and installing string nuts, Floyd Rose string locks, LSR prep, tuning machine reams
  • Scalloping

The position is full time, Monday through Friday.

Paint Shop

We could use another person for the sanding and buffing crew.

  • Great eye-hand coordination for fine detail sanding is a must.
  • Tolerant of the dusty environment.
  • Production oriented atmosphere, may seem repetitive and boring to some.
