This beautiful bass has been restored from the ground up, built with top quality hardware and electronics. You won't find another Fender® that plays and looks this great. The satin finish on the 3A maple neck is fast, with a buffed ebony headstock veneer and gold schaller tuners.
Neck: This neck was made by Warmoth, a licensed Fender® manufacturer, and by far the best. I believe the neck makes or breaks a bass, so I never cut corners.
AAA Birdseye Maple neck wood and Fingerboard
Ebony Headstock Veneer
34” Scale with 22 Frets
Abalone Shell Face Dots

Graphtech Black TUSQ XL Nut
Body: This Fender® body was originally a natural light ash, but had many thick coats of poly finish. This masked the woods great tone, although it preserved the wood very well over the past 12 years. Taking this thick finish off really opened up the tone in this bass! One coat of ebony stain, and a light spray of strong nitro will protect the woods surface, and keep that great warm ash tone.
Hardware: Most of the hardware on this Fender® bass are Genuine Fender® parts, like the gold string ferrules, chrome neck plate and gold fender strap locks. For the bridge I used the Hipshot A Style which I know from experience is amongst the best. String spacing at the bridge is .703 - (slightly adjustable with Hipshot bridge)
Knobs: These are Gold Hipshot O-Ring Knobs, the weight combined with the o-rings provide amazingly smooth operation. They give that "precision" feel. Combined with the push/pull knobs, they just feel amazing.
