This Beautiful Quilted Sunburst body was purchased from Warmoth December of 2011 for Mick Brooks. Mick had on old 1986 Fender American Strat neck that was
Dressed down to nothing. The frets were replaced with FW6105 wire, dressed, leveled re-crowned and polished. The tuners were replaced with the original Fender screwless style. A DiMarzio DP-100 was placed in the bridge slot and a DiMarzio DP151 in the neck position. A Hot re-wound haywire Texas Especial in the middle (non-RWRP) with the leads reversed. Also added two Volumes, Master tone Push Pull split bridge controls.
An American Standard Fender two point tremolo and three Matching Tele Knobs for a finishing touch. Mick loves it!
