Variations of the "Z" shape were born in the 1980s and it is still appreciated today for its unique, sculptured appearance and the comfortable way it feels to play on. Choose from our wood and routing options for the sound and feel that fits your style the best!

Long upper horn creates a well balanced instrument.
Sculptured bevels in the all the right places for a very comfortable feel.
Roomy rear rout control cavity easily accommodates your electronics.

Not only are the standard bevels stylish, but they also make this body very comfortable to play.

Contoured Heel Option

The Contoured heel option shaves about a quarter-inch off the thickness of the heel and sculpts the lower horn for improved hand access. It is much more comfortable to play high on the neck with this feature!

Uses the standard 4-bolt neck plate
Requires the Contoured Heel screw set that includes two shorter screws. (Sold separately)

Please add $35.00 to the body price for the Contoured Heel option
